BUYING ONLINE: Online orders are processed through Paypal. We use Patpal as we believe this is the safest and most secure way for you, the customer to buy on the internet.
By using Paypal we do not see or have access to your credit card or payment details, nor do we store any of your personal credit card details.
You can pay by credit card, debit card or bank transfer via Paypal even if you do not have a Paypal account.
Buying our products on-line is very easy! Simply select your chosen design, locate the payment button – use the check boxes to choose size and material and press the Paypal button to “go to checkout”.
You will be directed to the secure paypal site where you can complete the payment process.
On reciept of your order we will send you an order confirmation with the details of your order and schedule your job to be made.
Our feature stones are sent by carrier and we will notify you when the item has been despatched.
ORDER BY POST: If you do not like to order over the internet you may send us an order via the post, simply send us a letter with details of the product you wish to buy including the design, the type of stone and the size.
Please include your email address ( so that we can send your confirmation),and a contact phone number.
Enclose these details with acheque or postal order for the ammount shown on the web site and send to us at the address shown on our CONTACT PAGE.
It would also be a good idea to email us to let us know the order is on it’s way so we can keep an eye out for it!
